Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They simply message your business on WhatsApp, the same way they already do. There's no app, login or form on their side.
Can the AI make up products or prices?
It is designed not to. The assistant works from your own business data, with products, prices and availability looked up in your catalogue. AI can still make mistakes, so we recommend reviewing orders in your dashboard.
Where do the confirmed orders go?
Straight into your ZedOrder dashboard, next to your manual orders, so your sales staff can review and process everything from one list.
How do I get my products in?
Add products one at a time or bulk-import them from an Excel spreadsheet. You can organise them by division, brand, category and sub-category.
Which WhatsApp account does it use?
ZedOrder connects through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, so orders come in through your own business WhatsApp presence. ZedOrder is an independent product and is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp.
