This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for ZedOrder, a product of Zaryans Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can upgrade when you need more orders or AI usage.
2. Paid plans
- Paid plans are billed in advance for each monthly period.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew.
- We do not refund partial months or unused time in a period that has already started, except as described below.
3. When we will refund you
We will refund, or credit back to your wallet if you prefer, in these cases:
- Duplicate or incorrect charge. You were charged twice, or charged an amount different from your plan.
- Plan not provided. You paid for a plan and we did not activate it, and we were unable to fix this within a reasonable time.
- Extended outage. The Service was unavailable for a significant part of a billing period because of a fault on our side. We will refund the affected portion.
- Where the law requires it.
4. Wallet balance and AI usage
- Wallet balance pays for AI usage beyond your plan's allowance. Balance that has already been used is not refundable.
- If you close your account, contact us and we will review a refund of any unused wallet balance.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Email info@zedorderai.com within 30 days of the charge.
- Tell us your business name, the payment date, the amount and the reason, and include your payment reference.
- We will reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the same method you used to pay, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Questions
If you are unsure about a charge, please ask us before disputing it with your bank, and we will work to fix it quickly.
