These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zaryans Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd, the operator of ZedOrder. By creating an account or using ZedOrder, you agree to these Terms. If you use ZedOrder for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
1. The service
ZedOrder is a software platform that lets a business take orders from its customers on its own WhatsApp Business number using an AI assistant, and manage those orders, customers and products in a web dashboard (the "Service"). ZedOrder is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Plans, billing and wallet
- ZedOrder offers a Free plan and paid plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of orders and AI usage, shown on our pricing section and in your portal.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for each monthly period and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Usage beyond your plan's allowance may be charged against your wallet balance at the rates shown in the portal. Wallet top-ups are subject to our verification.
- We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from your business;
- break the terms and policies of Meta, WhatsApp or any other third-party service you connect, including the WhatsApp Business Terms and Commerce Policy;
- sell or take orders for prohibited, illegal or restricted goods;
- attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it; or
- upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to use.
We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these rules or puts the Service or other users at risk.
5. Your data and your customers
You own the data you put into ZedOrder. You give us the right to host and process it only to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including any consent required, to collect and message your customers and to share their information with us. For personal information about your customers, we act on your behalf and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated output
The AI assistant is designed to answer from your own catalog, prices and availability. AI can still make mistakes, such as misreading a message. You are responsible for keeping your catalog accurate and for reviewing orders before you fulfil them. We do not guarantee that AI output will be error-free.
7. Third-party services
ZedOrder relies on third-party services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. These services have their own terms, may change or become unavailable, and are outside our control. You are responsible for your own agreement with them. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
8. Intellectual property
ZedOrder, including its software, design, logo and content, belongs to Zaryans Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is active. All other rights are reserved.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaryans Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using ZedOrder and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if payment is not made, or if the law requires it. When an account ends, your right to use the Service stops, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after the update takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Pakistan, unless the law requires otherwise.
